Terms & Conditions
Due to the popularity of Ocean Treasure 235 and also the limited space, advanced reservations are strongly recommended.
1) For reservations of 6 persons or more, bookings will remain provisional and will only be confirmed on payment of the correct deposit ( 5 pound per head and 10 pounds during December). This will be deducted from the bill from the evening.
2) For tables of 6 persons or more a discretionary 10% service charge will apply.
3) Group bookings of 8 persons or more will be required to pre order Banquets or Set Dinner’s will be arranged. Please contact restaurant for further details.
4) The management reserve the right to cancel a booking if guests arrive 20 minutes of the confirmed reservation time. In this event cancellation charges listed below will apply.
5) In the event of the total cancellation of the booking within 5 days of the reservation date, the deposit will be forfeited in full.
6) In the event of the reduction of group numbers within 48 hours of the confirmed reservation date, the deposit for the number of guests not attending will be forfeited.
7) Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing eg email, verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
